I am Ronald Rotich — Human Performance Strategist and Leadership & Brand Consultant. For 15 years I have worked with senior leaders, executive teams, and growing organisations across Africa and internationally.
My work sits at the intersection of three disciplines that are almost never combined: leadership performance, brand strategy, and human psychology. Most consultants operate in one lane. I work across all three — because that is where the real blockers live.
When a leadership team stalls, when a high-performer plateaus, when a bold vision keeps failing to land — the answer is almost never what it appears to be on the surface. My role is to diagnose accurately, name what others won't, and architect the path forward.
Most leadership frameworks start with strategy. This one starts one level deeper — with the question that determines whether any strategy will ever work: who are you, really, and are all of you pointing in the same direction?
The small, aligned, daily actions that convert insight into identity and strategy into results. The distance between knowing and doing is always — always — closed by habit, never by motivation alone.
Clarity on why you lead — the deep conviction that makes every other decision easier and every sacrifice worthwhile. Without this, strategy is direction without destination. With it, everything else becomes obvious.

I didn't arrive at this work through a course or a certification. I arrived through the same question that eventually confronts every serious leader: why do intelligent, capable, driven people keep getting in their own way?
The answer I kept finding — in boardrooms, in coaching sessions, in strategy offsites across Africa and beyond — was always the same. It was never the plan that failed. It was the misalignment between what the leader knew in their head, what they felt in their heart, and what their gut was telling them.
Over 15 years, I have refined a methodology for closing that gap. Not generically — but for this leader, this organisation, this moment. The work is precise, direct, and built for people who are serious about performing at their highest level.
I hold a BA in Business Management (Finance) from Northumbria University, UK. I am an mBIT Certified Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Systemic Team Coaching practitioner, and PQ Coach. I sit on the board of the Kenya Association of NLP as Director of Strategy.
I operate globally. I am based in Nairobi.
